Friday's USHL Playoff Games

Des Moines got past Omaha 3-2 Friday to take a 2-0 games lead in the series. Justin Johnson was -1 for Omaha while Matt Thurber was even.

Sioux City blanked Tri-City in the first game of their series. Sean Wiles was -1 for Tri-City while Luke Lucyk was -2.

Cedar Rapids now leads their series against Ohio 3 games to none thanks to a 5-1 victory Friday. Justin Cseter was even for Ohio, but was called for checking from behind and had to serve two and ten minute penalties for the offense.

Sioux Falls handled Lincoln 5-1. For Lincoln, Ross Henry was -3, Patrick Johnson was -1 and Travis Erstad was even. Sioux Falls now leads the series 2-0.

Indiana defeated Green Bay in overtime 3-2 and now leads the series 2-0. Brent Gwidt had an assist for Indiana, while Mike Sislo and Derrick LaPoint had assists for Green Bay.
