U-18 World Championship Update

Team Canada advanced to the Semi-Finals with a 5-2 win over Russia today. Kyle Turris was held off the score sheet, but it sounds like he created some scoring chances and was very good on the penalty kill.

Team USA shut out Latvia 8-0 and will now advance to the Playoff Round. Ryan McDonagh recorded an assist in the game. Team USA will face Slovakia on Thursday in the Playoff Round, with the winner of that game playing Canada on Friday in the Semi-Finals.
