USHL 1992 Showcase Roster

The USHL has released the roster for the 1992 birthdate showcase. Here's the Wisconsin players I found on the list:

The 1992 Showcase takes place May 25-27th. It's interesting that only AAA players from Wisconsin have been invited. I understand that not everyone can be scouted, but shouldn't they have at least considered some of the players from last year's Select 14 who aren't playing AAA?
