Hockey's Future has ranked the top 20 prospects for the Chicago Blackhawks, and they have Jack Skille at #5, down from #3 last season. Adam Burish, Jake Dowell and Matt Ford have not yet cracked the top 20 for Chicago.

The Upper Midwest High School Elite League games kick off next weekend. You can see the entire schedule here. The league's only appearance at the Kohl Center is next weekend, and I'm planning to attend at least one of the games and will file a report on Team Wisconsin when I get back. Here's a link to the rosters. Jake Gardiner is the only future Badger participating in the Elite League, except for the trio of Shattuck recruits that will play some games in the league.

Speaking of the Brock Montpetit, Jordy Murray and Derek Stepan, they all seem locks to be back at Shattuck St. Mary's this year on the Prep Team, although Shattuck has not released their rosters yet. They have released their schedule for the Prep Team though, which you can find here.
