Wisconsin's Lineup

This past Saturday Wisconsin used a strange lineup to help break out of their losing streak. They dressed 11 forwards and 7 defensemen. The "open" forward slot was used primarily to double shift the team's best scorers-Jack Skille, Ross Carlson and Mike Davies. Three forwards were healthy scratches: Zach Bearson, Andy Bohmbach and Tom Gorowsky.

Not dresssing while being beaten out by another player is one thing, but not dressing so that nobody can play in your place? It will be interesting to see how Gorowsky responds during practice the next two weeks and to see if he will suit up against North Dakota.
