Badger Men Report

The Badger men gained a measure of consistency on the offensive end of the ice for the first time in a long time last night, but were maddeningly inconsistent on defense, losing to the Michigan Wolverines 4-3. Joe Piskula seemed to struggle the most on defense. Mike Davies, Jack Skille, and Matt Ford all had goals for the Badgers.

The Badgers lead several times in the game, including 2-0 early on, and 3-2 in the third period, but it was not enough.

I thought Ben Grotting's hustly showed up last night, and he managed to stay out of the penalty box. Mike Davies' continued improvement was also evident last night.
