Turris & Smith Invited to Canada's World Junior Championship Selection Camp

Hockey Canada has announced the list of 37 players invited to Canada's National Junior Selection Camp. UW forward Kyle Turris and UW defenseman Brendan Smith are among those invitees, and the only players in college hockey that were invited. The camp will take place December 10th-14th in Calgary, while the tournament itself is December 26th-January 5th in the Czech Republic.

Team USA will be announced tomorrow night during the intermissions of the Red Wings-Canadiens game. Here's who Sports Illustrated thinks will make the team...including Blake Geoffrion, Jamie McBain and Ryan McDonagh.
