USHL/OPJHL Updates

OPJHL
St. Michael's knotted the South/East Conference Finals at one game a piece by downing Wellington 2-1 this afternoon. UW recruit Brendan Smith was not able to find his way onto the scoresheet today, except for a two minute hooking penalty.

USHL
Lincoln and Sioux City played to a scoreless tie after regulation and one overtime, but Lincoln claimed the 1-0 victory by winning the shootout two goals to one.

Tri-City doubled up Sioux Falls 8-4. David Solway scored a goal for Sioux Falls and Sean Wiles had a goal for Tri-City. Despite the goal, Solway finished the game -4.

Indiana obliterated Chicago 9-1. Wisconsinite Brent Gwidt finished the game +1 while UW recruit Sean Dolan finished the game -2 for Chicago.

Waterloo handled Green Bay 5-1. Keegan Meuer was in the lineup for Waterloo and scored the first goal of the game. Ryan Little had an assist for Green Bay. Nick Graves played 47 minutes in the net for Green Bay giving up 4 goals on 16 shots.

Cedar Rapids blanked Ohio 4-0.
