Waterloo spanked Sioux Falls 6-1. David Solway had the lone goal for Sioux Falls. Craig Smith had the final goal for Waterloo, while Keegan Meuer was active and had an assist on Waterloo's first goal.

Cedar Rapids edged Chicago 4-3.

Lincoln took out Green Bay 4-2. Patrick Johnson scored the last goal for Lincoln, which was a short-handed empty-net goal. Mike Sislo finished -3, and Derrick LaPoint finished -2 on the game. Ryan Little was even, while Justin Cseter was +1.

Indiana squeaked past Des Moines 3-2 in a shootout.
