Badger Men Get Commitments from Two Forwards

Chris Hickey, a Junior forward at Cretin Derham Hall and Josh Turnbull, a Junior forward at Duluth East have given verbal commitments to the Wisconsin Badgers for the 2008 season. Chris Hickey's teammate Ryan McDonagh, who is also a Junior, also is committed to the Badgers for 2008 earlier this year. Turnbull is from the Hayward area from what I gather. I actually watched his sister play in the WAHA girls festival this weekend, so he must have moved away from his family to play for Duluth East.

If the need arises, it is good to know that either Turnbull or Hickey could be moved into the class of 2007. It will be interesting to see if both players stay with their high school teams next year or make the jump into the Junior ranks.
