Rumor Has it...

Rumor has it that one of the original Girls High School Hockey Coaches has stepped down from his position. One of the Hockey in Wisconsin spies has told me that Mark Wagner, Head Coach of the Onalaska Hilltoppers, has called every member of the team to let them know he has resigned his position effective immediately.

The Hilltopppers were undefeated prior to the Shootout in Dodge were they were swept in all three games by three Minnesota teams-Totino Grace, St. Paul United and New Ulm. It's no secret that Coach Wagner was not happy with his team after their performance, but it is a shock if he has indeed stepped down in the middle of the season.
